1. About Teztar Services

Teztar Services (Private) Limited ("Teztar", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates technology-enabled transportation, ride-hailing, delivery, parcel and related services through its mobile applications, website and technology platform.

Company information is based on the legally incorporated entity TEZTAR SERVICES (PRIVATE) LIMITED. The Company's stated business scope includes courier, fleet carrier, transportation and related logistics activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Teztar Customer App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies displayed within the app.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app or its services.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be legally capable of entering into an agreement.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintain the security of your account and OTP/login credentials.

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.

Teztar may restrict or terminate an account where information is false, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

4. Customer Account

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must not:

• Share your account or OTP with another person.

• Create an account using another person's identity.

• Attempt to access another user's account.

• Provide false information.

• Use the application for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Teztar may require identity verification where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, service delivery, or legal compliance.

5. Ride Services

Where ride services are available:

• Customers may request a ride through the app.

• A ride request is subject to driver availability and service coverage.

• A driver may accept or decline a ride request.

• Estimated fares, where displayed, may be affected by applicable pricing, distance, time, demand, tolls, waiting time, route changes, or other applicable charges.

• Displayed estimates are not a guarantee unless specifically identified as a final fare.

• Ride availability and estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and destination information.

Teztar may change service availability, pricing structures, service areas and applicable charges in accordance with company policy.

6. Ride Safety

Customers must:

• Behave respectfully toward drivers.

• Follow applicable laws and safety instructions.

• Not threaten, harass, abuse, or discriminate against drivers.

• Not request transportation of prohibited or unlawful items.

• Use appropriate safety equipment where required by law.

• Not intentionally damage the vehicle.

Teztar may suspend or terminate accounts for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

7. Ride Cancellation

Customers may cancel rides where the cancellation option is available.

Cancellation charges, if applicable, may depend on the stage of the booking, driver acceptance, waiting time, or applicable company policy.

The availability of cancellation options may change according to the current status of a ride.

8. Delivery & Parcel Services

Where delivery or parcel services are available:

Customers must accurately describe the item being transported and provide correct pickup and delivery information.

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal goods.

• Hazardous materials.

• Explosives.

• Weapons or other prohibited items.

• Counterfeit goods.

• Items prohibited by applicable law.

• Any item that creates an unreasonable safety or security risk.

Teztar may inspect, reject, cancel, or report a shipment where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or company policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, operational conditions, availability, force majeure, or other circumstances.

9. Payments

Available payment methods may include cash, digital wallets, cards, or other payment methods enabled by Teztar.

Customers are responsible for paying applicable charges shown or communicated through the app.

For physical transportation and delivery services, payments are for physical services and are therefore not treated as purchases of Google Play digital goods. Google Play's billing system is generally not required for physical transportation and delivery services.

Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply.

10. Refunds

Refunds, adjustments, cancellations, or payment reversals are subject to the applicable Teztar refund policy and verification of the relevant transaction.

A refund is not guaranteed merely because a customer submits a request.

Where a third-party payment provider is involved, processing times may depend on that provider.

11. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

• Commit fraud.

• Manipulate fares, bookings, promotions, or payments.

• Use multiple accounts to abuse promotions or services.

• Circumvent security controls.

• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the application.

• Attempt unauthorized access to Teztar systems.

• Conduct offline transactions intended to bypass applicable Teztar charges.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against drivers or other users.

• Use Teztar for unlawful purposes.

12. Location Services

The Customer App may use location information to provide features such as:

• Pickup location.

• Destination selection.

• Ride matching.

• Driver tracking.

• Delivery tracking.

• Route-related functionality.

• Safety and service support.

Location access will be requested according to the app's functionality and applicable Android permissions.

Location information will be handled according to the Teztar Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play requirements.

13. Ratings, Reviews & Reports

Where available, customers may submit ratings, reviews, complaints, or reports regarding their experience.

Users must not submit:

• False or misleading reports.

• Threatening or abusive content.

• Hate or discriminatory content.

• Sexually explicit content.

• Personal information belonging to another person without authorization.

• Content intended to harass or harm another person.

Teztar may review, remove, restrict, or act upon content or reports that violate applicable policies.

14. Service Availability

Teztar does not guarantee:

• Continuous application availability.

• A particular driver.

• A particular vehicle.

• A specific ETA.

• A specific fare unless expressly confirmed as final.

• Availability of services in every location.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, driver availability, weather, traffic, security conditions, force majeure, or other operational circumstances.

15. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as mapping, payment, authentication, communication, analytics, hosting, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Teztar remains responsible for handling user data in accordance with its disclosed privacy practices and applicable requirements.

16. Intellectual Property

The Teztar name, logo, application design, software, content, trademarks and related materials are owned by or licensed to Teztar Services unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, or commercially exploit Teztar intellectual property without authorization.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

Teztar may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud.

• Safety violations.

• Abuse.

• Illegal activity.

• Payment misuse.

• False information.

• Repeated policy violations.

• Unauthorized system access.

• Other serious violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate, Teztar may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

18. Account Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their account through the deletion facility provided inside the app and through the designated Teztar web resource.

Account deletion will be handled according to the Teztar Privacy Policy and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Certain information may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial records, or regulatory compliance.

Google Play requires apps that allow account creation to provide both an in-app and external account-deletion mechanism.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teztar is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, force majeure, third-party service interruptions, driver availability, inaccurate information provided by users, or unlawful conduct by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Changes to Services and Terms

Teztar may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features, services, pricing structures, policies, or these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the application or other appropriate channels.

Continued use of the application after applicable changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Privacy

Your use of the Customer App is also governed by the Teztar Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal and sensitive information may be collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how it is protected, retention practices, and how users can request deletion.

Google Play requires these disclosures to be accurate and consistent with the app's Data Safety information.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's relevant jurisdiction.

24. Acceptance

By registering for or using the Teztar Customer App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Teztar Privacy Policy.
