DRIVER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About Teztar Services
Teztar Services (Private) Limited ("Teztar", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates technology-enabled transportation, ride-hailing, delivery, parcel and logistics services through its mobile applications and technology platform.
The Company's incorporation documents identify its business scope as including courier, fleet carrier, transportation and related logistics activities.
2. Acceptance
By registering, accessing, or using the Teztar Driver & Rider App, you agree to these Terms, the Teztar Privacy Policy, Driver Policies, applicable service instructions, and applicable laws.
If you do not agree, do not use the Driver App.
3. Driver Eligibility
Drivers must:

Meet applicable legal requirements.

Provide accurate personal information.

Provide valid identity documents where required.
-
Provide valid driving licence information where applicable.
-
Provide valid vehicle information and documents.
-
Complete Teztar's required verification process.
-
Maintain a safe and legally compliant vehicle.
-
Follow applicable traffic and transportation laws.
Teztar may verify information before or during access to the platform.
4. Driver Account
The Driver account is personal to the approved driver.
Drivers must not:

Share their account.
-
Allow another person to operate through their account.
-
Share OTPs or login credentials.
-
Submit false documents.
-
Misrepresent their identity.
-
Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
Drivers are responsible for activities conducted through their account.
5. Verification
Teztar may request documents or information for identity, vehicle, safety, fraud prevention, regulatory, or operational verification.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee of employment, income, ride volume, or continuous access to the platform.
Teztar may suspend access where required documents expire, become invalid, or cannot be verified.
6. Ride Requests
Where ride services are available:

Drivers may receive ride requests through the Driver App.

Drivers may accept or decline requests where the app permits.

Once a ride is accepted, the driver should follow the applicable ride workflow.

Pickup and destination information should be handled only for service purposes.

Drivers must not intentionally manipulate ride status, GPS location, fares, waiting time, or completion status.
Ride availability, request volume, earnings, and income are not guaranteed.
7. Ride Conduct
Drivers must:

Treat customers respectfully.
-
Follow traffic laws.
-
Maintain appropriate professional conduct.
-
Keep the vehicle reasonably clean and safe.
-
Follow applicable safety requirements.
-
Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, or abusive conduct.

Never request unnecessary personal information from customers.
-
Not use customer information for personal purposes.
8. Customer Safety
Drivers must prioritize safe operation of the vehicle.
Drivers must not:

Drive recklessly.
-
Operate while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance that makes driving unsafe.
-
Carry prohibited items.
-
Intentionally disable or interfere with safety features.
-
Use the application while driving in a manner prohibited by law.
9. Driver Location
The Driver App may collect location information, including background location where necessary and permitted, to provide:

Ride matching.
-
Navigation.
-
Trip tracking.
-
Delivery tracking.
-
Job verification.
-
Safety and support.
-
Accurate trip records.
-
Operational and fraud-prevention functions.
Location collection must be consistent with the app's disclosed functionality, user consent, permissions and Privacy Policy.
Google Play requires sensitive data such as location to be necessary for the app's core functionality, transparently disclosed, securely handled, and collected using appropriate permissions.
10. Delivery & Parcel Jobs
For delivery or parcel services, drivers must:

Accept only jobs assigned through authorized Teztar channels.

Handle packages responsibly.

Follow pickup and delivery instructions.
-
Confirm pickup and delivery where required.
-
Obtain proof of delivery where applicable.
-
Avoid opening, altering, replacing, or tampering with packages.
-
Immediately report damaged, suspicious, prohibited, or incorrectly declared items.
Drivers must not transport items prohibited by law or Teztar policy.
11. Customer and Parcel Information
Drivers may receive customer information necessary to complete a ride or delivery.
Such information is confidential and may only be used for legitimate service purposes.
Drivers must not:

Copy or sell customer information.

Share customer phone numbers or addresses.
-
Contact customers after completion for personal purposes.
-
Use customer information for advertising.
-
Share screenshots or trip information publicly.
12. Earnings and Wallet
Driver earnings, commissions, fees, incentives, deductions, wallet requirements, and settlement procedures are determined according to the applicable Teztar driver program and platform configuration.
Displayed earnings may be subject to applicable adjustments, cancellations, refunds, disputes, commissions, taxes, or other authorized deductions.
Teztar does not guarantee a minimum number of rides, deliveries, earnings, or income.
13. Payments and Cash Collection
Where cash collection is enabled:

Drivers must collect only the amount authorized or displayed by the system.

Drivers must accurately record required payment information.
-
Drivers must not retain customer or merchant funds beyond the permitted process.

Drivers must follow Teztar's settlement and wallet procedures.
Unauthorized diversion or misuse of customer, merchant, or company funds may result in immediate account restriction and further action.
14. Vehicle Requirements
Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicle in a condition suitable for the applicable service.
The vehicle must comply with applicable legal requirements, including where applicable:

Registration.

Fitness requirements.
-
Insurance requirements.
-
Safety requirements.
-
Required permits or licenses.
Teztar may restrict a vehicle from service where it does not meet applicable requirements.
15. Driver Documents
Drivers must maintain valid documents and promptly update Teztar when documents expire, change, or become invalid.
False, altered, fraudulent, or misleading documents are prohibited.
16. Ratings and Complaints
Customers may submit ratings, complaints, or reports regarding service.
Drivers may also submit complaints or reports regarding customers, safety issues, fraud, or other incidents.
Teztar may investigate complaints and take action based on available evidence and applicable policies.
17. Prohibited Conduct
Drivers must not:

Commit fraud.

Manipulate GPS/location information.
-
Manipulate trip status.
-
Manipulate fares or earnings.
-
Accept or complete fake rides/jobs.
-
Use another driver's account.
-
Allow another person to use their account.
-
Conduct unauthorized offline transactions.
-
Demand unauthorized charges.
-
Harass or threaten customers.
-
Discriminate against customers.
-
Steal, open, replace, or tamper with parcels.
-
Share confidential customer information.
-
Circumvent Teztar's security systems.
-
Attempt unauthorized access to company systems.
-
Use Teztar services for unlawful activities.
18. Independent Driver Status
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, participation in the Teztar platform does not by itself guarantee employment, fixed working hours, minimum earnings, or a guaranteed number of assignments.
Drivers remain responsible for complying with applicable laws governing their activities and obligations.
19. Insurance and Protection
Where Teztar provides insurance or protection benefits, eligibility, coverage, limits, exclusions, claim procedures, and applicable conditions are governed by the relevant insurance or protection arrangement.
Any stated benefit is subject to its applicable policy terms and does not constitute an unlimited guarantee of compensation.
20. Account Suspension or Termination
Teztar may suspend, restrict, or terminate a driver account for:

Fraud.
-
Safety violations.
-
False documents.
-
Identity misuse.
-
Customer abuse.
-
Payment misconduct.
-
GPS or system manipulation.
-
Repeated complaints.
-
Unauthorized offline transactions.
-
Illegal activity.
-
Violation of these Terms or applicable company policies.
Where appropriate, Teztar may investigate before taking final action.
21. Account Deletion
Drivers may request deletion of their account through the in-app account deletion facility and designated Teztar web resource.
Deletion is subject to applicable legal, regulatory, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and record-retention requirements.
Google Play requires an app that permits account creation to provide account deletion through an in-app path and an external web resource.
22. Privacy and Data Protection
The Driver App may process personal, identity, vehicle, location, trip, payment, device, and operational information necessary to provide and secure Teztar services.
Teztar will handle such information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
The Privacy Policy must accurately correspond with the information declared in the Google Play Data Safety section.
23. Third-Party Technology
The Driver App may use third-party services for maps, navigation, authentication, payments, notifications, analytics, hosting, security, or other functionality.
Use of third-party technology does not authorize drivers to use customer or company information for purposes unrelated to Teztar services.
24. Intellectual Property
The Teztar name, logo, software, application, interface, trademarks, content, systems and related materials are owned by or licensed to Teztar Services.
Drivers may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Teztar systems without authorization.
25. Service Availability
Teztar does not guarantee:

Continuous access to the Driver App.
-
A minimum number of jobs.
-
A specific income.
-
A specific number of customers.
-
A specific geographic coverage.
-
Continuous GPS or network availability.
Service availability may be affected by technical issues, network conditions, maintenance, demand, driver supply, weather, traffic, security conditions, force majeure, or other circumstances.
26. Changes to Terms
Teztar may update these Terms, service procedures, fees, policies, features, or operational requirements from time to time.
Updated Terms may be communicated through the application, website, email, SMS, or other appropriate channels.
Continued use of the Driver App after applicable changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
27. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's relevant jurisdiction.

By registering for or using the Teztar Driver & Rider App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Teztar Privacy Policy.
